As you can see PC Pookie also wanted to show her accomplished work !

10 days ago I started this painting in my painting group and finished it last week. It caused a lot of laughter because since I were in this group I only had painted cats and never something else. So when it was finished and my classmates looked at it they said "that's not you ! where are your cats ? A tail and whiskers are missing !" etc. We really had a lot of fun. So on thursday I will start a new one, maybe a dog I don't know yet.

I also continued with my Albums taking photos of the old pictures. I have to say it really takes a lot of time, because before I started I had a look through the whole album, I just wanted to take pictures of the most important once. But then I sinked into souvenirs and got almost melancolic when I looked at all these pictures which represented my past. And so I found this picture of my son when he was one year old ! It seems to me that it had been yesterday, although it's 32 years ago ! And he looks a little different now ....

When for once the sun shined, I saw a big lay of dust on this shelf, where I put a small part of my cat collection. Therefore I decided to clean it and took all the little cats off and washed them, kind of giving my cats a bath. But with all this I forgot to take a picture of the empty shelf and you really cannot ask me to take everything off again !

And this is all what I had tackled this week. Cheers to retirement !

Bonjour Gattina:-) Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment...I love "meeting" new people!! Of course I just had to come visit you and I must say I've enjoyed reading quite a few of your posts:-) Your cats are just adorable..I always had a cat while I was growing up but when I got married, my husband wanted no pets so I've really missed having one around! Take care and hope to see you again:-)

Eeeekkk! I so envy your cat collection. I'm into cats but I never thought of collecting cat stuff. I do have a cat candle though. Huge one. It would look good with your collection.
