The shop where the real Alice of "Alice in Wonderland" bought her sweets

Oh I'd love to shop there - Alice was my absolute favorite childhood book and character. I have my grandmother's edition of Alice in Wonderland and Through the Lookingglass that her grandmother gave the love goes back a few generations.

That red door is wonderful! What a cute little shop and how wonderful it is still operating.

Did you buy any of the sweets there?

My daughters think Alice lives in Knotts Berry Farm in LA. That's where we saw here.

In Oxford, do they sell chocolate?

Oooh, I want to buy there, too!

P.S. Want I mean is if you can link me here in your blog that would be cool! ;)

Really? Alice went shopping like an ordinary mortal? :)

A man who was out of his head
Was claiming he always saw red.
He saw it all day,
At work and at play,
And saw it at night while in bed.
