What does the red sign mean?parking area for cars or no parking? ours usually have a one diagonal line across it , if it mean as no parking.

Where is everyone? :-) No cars allowed... strange that there wouldn't be an international norm... in North America you'd have a red line crossing the car.
Great idea for these signs, it's beautiful and makes the city colorful!
** I like these pedestrians areas in the city mainly because I'm not that driver person, I prefer to walk and then it's safe, I can walk without stress!
