There is none in our neighborhood, nada! The stores already have Xmas decorations but no Halloween goodies/decorations...
Catalonia traditionally celebrates a chestnut festival on the 31st of Oct, that explains why people simply do not care about Halloween.

Interesting door in the second photo with the door handle in the middle of the door and no window. And I like that niche beside the door.
No need for Belgium to be decorating for Hallowe'en anyway, I think.
