What a gorgeous flower! I have never seen anything like that, either!
That is a gorgeous flower -- and I believe it is the second one I have seen today! What a coincidence! Go look at Carletta's, Round the Bend, blog! She called it a Gazania Daisy!http://carlettasroundthebend.blogspot.com/
Really a beautiful flower! It's completely new for me.
The macro shot of that flower has stunning colors and details Gattina.
i wish i was in morocco. i love morocco and it's been thirty years since i was there. great shot.
What a gorgeous gazania, Gattina!
A camel ride and beautiful flowers ~ does it get better than that?
Hi Gattina,Do we have the same flower? They certainly look really similiar. The Gazania I have is about twice the size of a daisy bloom across and can grow about eight inches tall. They look like a daisy and are tall like daisies but wider across. They were new to me at the nursery so I don't have much experience with them yet.Your plant in the bottom photo looks compact like ground cover and I don't see the thin like grayish green leaves and the black radiating out doesn't seem to fit Gazania at least what I researched so far. It's a great shot Gattina!Maybe someone else will be able to tell us both more.
Fun camel image. I came for your macro photo and when I saw it I said "wow" out loud. what a beautiful burst of vibrant color and design!
WOW is right!I love orange. The camels are cool too!Sherry
I thought maybe the flower was huge but I see it's very small. Very vibrant and lovely!
Awesome photo! It does look like a Gazania bloom, but the leaves are different.
Hi!Beautiful Flower! It does kind of look like a daisy. The camel is cute! Have a great evening!Sherriehttp://sherrie-plummer.blogspot.com/2009/06/macro-monday.html
That is a beautiful flower. It has all the autumn colours in it. Don't know what it is but its nice!!
The flower is so gorgeous! I like the combination of it's color, so striking.
I don't know for sure what they are but they remind me of the Gazanias that grow in my yard though the color of yours is a bit more vibrant than mine.Hugs and blessings,
well if that is not a stunning flower then I don't know flowers! This is Amazing, I can smell it now!
Oh no... do all the camels wear a muzzle? Or was this a particularly savage beast?
