For having such a hard time with this weeks theme, you did a great job. All great photos and how nice of the neighbor to pose for you. Have a good weekend.
that was SO KIND of your neighbor to pose for you!
Great collection of photos for the theme. I think every child must learn the recorder and have one tucked away.
Wow, the flute still looks like it's in good condition for 50 yrs old. Great photos.
Lol, what a good neighbor. It amazes me to see a flute kept for sooo many years and still looks good. Have you tried it? Does it still produce sound?
Nice collection of music photos! In Canada, we call that instrument a "recorder", a "flute" is a silver or gold woodwind instrument that is held sideways.
Great Photo you got here! Come see mine!...http://wilstop.info/2007/09/08/photo-hunt-music/#commentsHappy Photo Hunting!...c",)
I would love to hear Rosie sing!! Her facial expression when she sings is classic. hehe...I have a recorder which is about 30 years old. Gosh. My recorder playing days were so long ago!?
nice pics! you should try playing the flute again... such a pity to keep it hidden =)have a nice weekend!
Great job, Gattina! I hear music over here :)Rosie's was born to sing opera!
Difficult??! You have so many different takes on the theme that I can't decide which I like best! But i think I'd go with the flute... great shot! :)
wow...that's an antique flute! lol @ Rosie...really looks like singing! :)
Seeeeeee??? You had MANY musical pictures too! All great ones! You are sO clever to know that I would choose my boy and his drums... how DID you get so clever Gattina? Your neighbor boy is 1)very handsome! and 2)HAPPY in his music! I'm glad he posed for you!
oh my gosh..i remember having to learn playing the recorder during primary school...sure bring back memories..thanks for sharing the photos.Pearl
OH, great music collection :-) Its a pity blogs don't come with normal sound, not by a file only. I would have wanted to hear all of these!!!
I can't help it!!! I just can't....I love Rosie singing her solo performance best. What a cutie...and not one note off key.
That is a beautiful guitar. And that flute....Oh my gosh, it has been well preserved. It still looks good. Your pet really looks like she's singing. Very cute. Thanks for the visit.
LOL Nermal and I love the last one the best! Great pics as usual Gattina, my brother plays the bass too, and I also kept my flute from gradeschool. I hope I can keep it in such great condition as yours. Happy Hunting and happy weekend to you Arthur, Pookie, Kim, Lisa, and Rose...oh and Mr. Gattino too :) Nermal says Meeeoooow.
Looks to me like you had no problems at all finding pictures! I had a flute similar to that when I was in grade school but I think it was called a 'recorder' at that point. That was as far as my musical talent went!
Yup, learnt to call the instrument in the 2nd photo a recorder -- like a few others who've posted comments about it. And funnily enough, I'm another one who learnt to play it at school! :)
You did a great job for having so little! ;0)Love your kitty singing! Thanks for stopping by for a visit.
I love all of your photographs for this theme. The kitty made me laugh.
GREAT photos as usual, but I would give anything to have that same flute I also had to learn in grade school!!! yeap, about 45 yrs ago! Have you thought of putting it on EBAY??? seriously, I want that flute!! lol...I've missed a few weeks of photo hunting, my momma passed recently, but I always have enjoyed coming to your site. Please come and visit when you get a chance sweetie!
We used to play those flutes when kids. We called them "recorders". That Rosie photo is a winner!
Rosie could sing along while Pita plays piano (my photo for today), very cute!!
good photos. Hope you had a good weekend.
Hi Gattina. Great set of photos. How nice of your neighbor to pose for you with his guitar. It's cool that you know how to play the flute. It seems like a challenging instrument.Rosie is so cute! She must love singing her meow lines.
Awwwww...Rosie's such a pretty kitty!
